Where is the oil filter on a 16v? I had abit of a look earlier and couldnt see it!!

Im gonna be changing the plug and leads on my 16v in the next couple of days, but when I tried to take the plastic cover off the top of the engine(the bit with F 16 on it) I couldnt figure out if the screws are real or whether its just clipped on?! I didnt want to force it off just incase!
