Not got any access to a ramp or nething. So wonderin the best way i can fit my splitter. Do u think if i put it on axle stands or hang it off a kurb i should get the clearance i need to drill?

going to get my cambelt an aux belt done after xmas, only had my clio 2 months, so just wondering how much im looking to pay for this doing? would it also be cheaper buying the belt kits from renault then my current garage to fit them?
