Could be a device that is faulty\can't install. Got anything in usb or pcmcia slots ? I had a problem like that with an external HDD
Check in device manager, see if anything has a warning sign
Otherwise... throw it out of the window :approve:
Yeah, classic 9.6ghz hehe
I'm not sure £600 falls in the £300-400 bracket hehe
Don't really need a monster, play most of my games on the xbox tbh
I am looking into getting a new pc, my 6 year old P4 is starting to take the piss lol
I'm not mega up on the latest stuff and also can't really be arsed building one these days, although whatever
Looking at £300-400 mark, and although ebay is full of pikeys, I thought this looked good ...
I'm going to get a cheeeap 37" (ish) tv, was looking at this :
http://www.teleland.co.uk/item--Hannspree-37-GT-Freeview-LCD-HD-TV--HannspreeXV37GT.html
Anyone experienced these, or know anything better :)
I'd go 32, 40 or 42" if the price was good etc
Cheers
Are you sure it's not just showing 23.3 mb for the early part of a download, where you get false readings ? I'd say there's no way he's getting above 20mb
Yeah i'd seen that day insure mentioned somewhere, maybe that would be the best option.
You would have thought your own insurance companies could offer you thing like this for cheap
I've never bought\sold a car privately, so I was wondering how people go about insurance for a test drive
I'm sure many people will have 3rd party cover from their own policies, so a test drive wouldn't be illegal, but I guess there's always the risk of an accident that is your fault
Do...
Aye I know what you mean I did mean it like that, when I said about it being the correct resolution, even if it isn't HD, I think and don't write the right words hehe
But the file i'm on about is ripped from a HD source (HDTV I think) but it's just got a really low bitrate (3719), nowhere near...
I'm glad the 'format war' is pretty much over now, possibly most of us can look forward to enjoying the new technology soon, without the worry of it dying out hehe
As far as HD and SD goes, decent HD is loads better than SD, it's true, as said above, CRT's just mask the truth, just blurred...
Yeah i'd look down the IP route first, assign both a static IP to see if that's the issue or not
Maybe update your router firmware if that isn't the problem
This is history in the making ....
I'm currently getting 1800-2000 KB/s at 5pm  Probably the first time i've seen it over 800KB/s since 10 meg days lol
Anyone else flying thie afternoon :)
Oh god, 10mb was amazing, perfect all the time
20mb is so flakey, good at 2am, but like dial-up sometimes at 5-6pm ish lol
50mb will blow up the network, and we'll all die.... well at least we won't have to suffer them anymore :)
IMO, go back 2 years to how it was, until the network can...
How much was that ?
I've been reading about them and it seems that the 22" should be avoided. Instead people should get 20" or 24"
Not sure how true that is, but something to do with t/n panels, or something like that :S
I'm pretty sure a few of you must have this monitor, I think it's the same thing isn't it, bar a different surround ?
Anyway, I remember there being loads of information about dodgy screens on these, A and maybe C panels. Best to get an S panel, although now I see there is an R panel too ...
Mine sounds nice when you are giving it some, but it is fairly boomy, like if i'm downstairs in the house and someone starts my car I can hear it quite well hehe
Only time it really annoys me is cruising in 5th really, but apart from that it sounds alright, just floor it all the time
Especially as you are using some HD stuff, definitely get the 37, no choice :) You'll get used to it in 30 mins !
I was sat 2.5 ish away from a 32" set, upgraded to 37" and it's 100x better
