lose the shitty stickers, the shitty wheels, and that awful exhaust. Maybe get yourself a set of alloys like the ones i had on my clio my wheels were bbs ra's, bbs rm's would look very well. Plenty of other really cool wee wheels out their for clio's. most of the germans ones will fit...

Re: Mk1 Hybrid rebuild awesome wee project, I'm currently starting the work to turn my wee 1.4 into a 1.8 for the track, stripped it all out. Much more work to do before i get onto a stage like yourself. Keep up the good work pal. ps love the color :D

All these pictures have been taken within the last month dude lol yea it does not spacers but my jobless status at the minute doesn't allow that to happen :( As for lowering it more, it will get lowered at the back a tad when i can be assed with the torsion bar but not to much as the roads...

does locking the crank just make it easier removing the clutch etc then ?

I seen that you locked your crank mate, how did you do that and how do you unlock it?

Just out of interest how much have you spent so far in purchasing items for the conversion ? I'm considering doing it also as no one in Northern Ireland seems to have done it. pm me the figures if you wish.

must say the s2's look well on 205 gti wheels or even a set of comps! Deffo the next car i want to get my hands on, only 3 in Northern Ireland that are known of and i want to have the fourth.

minilites were an option but unsure if they would fit over the 1.4's brakes, would need to change my brakes to the rsi's probs.

Where did you get the adaptors for your cookie cutters mate? was that all you needed to fit them?
