Well i think this project thread is long overdue now so here is the build up of my supercharged ek9 so far: Some of you may remember my clio, which was genuinley my pride and joy for the last 3 years but i got to a stage earlier on in the year where there was nothing else i could do to it so...

I bought some 4 pot front calipers that i would like stripped down, powdercoated and rebuild with new seals and was wondering if anyone knew anybody that offers this service?

whats the average cost to get a front wing resprayed?

how does this come off. im just wanting to change the xenon bulb on the left side but its too narrow as the fusebox is in the way

looking to freshen up my xenon's at the moment and ive trie just using a machine poliher and srp and its not having any affect on the deeper scratches. ive heard people using various wet and dry sandpaper and then machine polishing them. does this method actually work and is there any risks?

i think my front discs are slightly warped. i wold usually just buy new ones but these discs came with my ktr big brake conversion. can they be skimmed eventhough they are drilled? also how much would i be looking to pay? cheers

basically i looking for better sound quality but i dont want to change my head unite if thats possible. currrently i have a cabasse head unit and 6.5inch speakers in the front. will crossovers help? if so how are they installed?

ok fitted me coilovers over a month ago without any problems but last few days when i cleaned the arches and coilvers the top mounts have started knocking against the body of the car. it knocks all the time from the moment you set off till you stop which is worrying.any ideas whats going on...

tried changing the front brake pads today on the 172 but the inside pads on each side are very difficult to put in. So the one's closest to me are fine going in. Ive tried grease but its not much use. didnt want to use too much force to get them in. any help would be appreciated as the car...

when wheels are pointing straight the steering wheel isnt exactly in the middle. noticed this after i lowered the car on coilovers. however they have not been set up yet. could this be due to the tracking/camber being off?

other than camber wear on the tyres what other problems can you get with having negative camber? what effet woudl it have one drive shafts etc?

tried changing the front disc but it seems to have rusted in. any advise as to how get it off? would heat work?

when driving in higher gears and i put my foot down i hear a blowing sound. can this be due to worn engine mounts moving the manifold/cat joint??
