The easiest way the remove that bit is to remove the wiper motor as the bolts are easier to get to, but you may have to loosen the heater fan box from inside the car, or the other option is to remove the blower box then you can get the middle piece out. You can buy a new seal i'm sure.
I have an alloy radiator in mine, I only got one as my radiator needing replacing and I think I paid £143 for the alloy one.
Its worth getting an alloy one as it keeps water temp down and looks good as well, also i can say most people think my car drinks more fuel as it runs cooler, but I can...
The ph1 plenum won't fit the ph2 unless you block the idle control valve hole by the throttle body mounting surface, otherwise the plenum i think is the same.
I have a pair on the back of mine at the moment, I will be replacing my front ones next week as my rainsport 2's are just low on tread. I can honestly say I will never choose another tyre for wet weather conditions as the grip is superb, they only cost £92 for a pair and if like the rainsport...
First off I would check earths to the battery,
second I hate to ask a question like this but how much fuel is in the tank at the moment? I only ask as you might not have enough to fill the fuel pump pick up in the tank, if its misfiring it could be a number of things, but i would start with...
no it depends on the application but most are polyurethane such as wishbone, arb, rear beam and top mounts, but if these are made of polyurethane plastic which is harder than rubber i can't see how the wear quicker than oem rubber bushes. At the moment my rack can slide from side to side within...
I'm going to get these ones

i wouldn't say it will wear them out faster from previous experience, they are made from polyurethene which is a harder compound, and as far as I know they are like wishbone and anti-roll bushes
last ten times longer.
I would of said its for comfort and responsiveness, or just the design of the rack for power steering, as the dci racks are smaller in diameter, i would get purple or black as yellow aren't that stiff, black tend to be the hardest compound joint with red ones and they are a lot stiffer than...
Sounds a bit of mystery
first thing i would say if it was dephaser it would normally rattle or start rattling as a friend of mine's 182 has started doing it,
but i wouldn't rule the dephaser out
second, is the clutch ok bite wise, not slipping etc
how old is the aux belt and water pump, i...
my ph1 needs new rack bushes as mine are ruined so i was going to get polyflex ones. The rack should be a SMI rack if car has power steering same as mine, the black polyflex bushes are just a stiff version of purple ones, sort of recommended for track use.
i will most likely get purple but may...
I have yellow poly ones on my wishbones and purple on the arb, and i would strongly recommend them as the car feels more responsive, they last longer, and sometimes they are cheaper. If you are buying then get yellow or purple if the car is on road as well as a track as the black or red are...
