How do I remove the cabin air duct?

  172
I've had a problem with condensation for a while and I think I have tracked it down from where it is coming from. It looks as though the water has been seeping from being the bulkhead through the rubber seal that connects the cabin filter assembly to the feed pipe. How do I separate and can I buy the seal on its own?

The easiest way the remove that bit is to remove the wiper motor as the bolts are easier to get to, but you may have to loosen the heater fan box from inside the car, or the other option is to remove the blower box then you can get the middle piece out. You can buy a new seal i'm sure.
