Cheers lads. I only told a few people; I didn't want to ASW it everywhere. lol.

I was pretty gutted for the first few days but it's been nearly a week now and I'm not sure it's a totally bad thing now. I've left it with her; ball's in her court now.

If I take it as a full-time split now, I won't be gutted again if it doesn't work out. That's the theory.

If things stay how they are now, i'll be back in at my own place in October when my tenants vacate so I'm back with my parents until then, which is no bad thing really.

Bureet though. Clio 200. Le Mans. Motorsport. Summer. Saving a grand a month. It could be worse.

I'm a maybe again for this now as my plans have fallen through. I can only confirm tomorrow when I know what days 'er indoors is working.

If I do come I'd be able to give Chris a lift as I'll be going from Wigan. That's if he wouldn't mind being in a car with a total stranger lol.

As for route, do A5, A449 on M6 j13, follow it to J19 and do A556.

To get to same place if you want some good roads...A41 to A49 and then turn right at big Shell garage which is onto the A556. I've not checked the run...but if the A56 is blocked in Altrincham...and Sale is blocked....the location is in the middle...so not sure. If you want me to check when on a computer, I can in morning. I know that neck of woods pretty well as used to live up there till almost 7 years ago and have family up there.

It's around 67% of my reasoning! Have the 1.2 for daily use so it's a rarity to be able to justify a 280 mile round trip..

Must admit, I'm really looking forward to seeing an RB200, not many knocking about tbh!

So it crosses your path along the A56 in Altrincham, I'm not sure what time that section of road will be closed/restricted really. Avoiding it isn't going to be easy, apart from going all the way around to Junction 8 of the M60 and following the route that Jon.G posted on page 6.

You might pass it before it crosses, but I wouldn't like to say for definite.
