As title. Around 6-7pm?
sitting in a traffic jam just up from hermiston gait heading towards the roundabout that takes you along ingliston, airport, ratho etc.
Believe it or not ive just straight swapped my 182ff for a ctr.
VERY good deal.
2004 facelift, satin silver.
64k.
Fully hpi clear apart from private plate change.
Previous owner bought it from a honda garage. I gave them a call to make sure and it was last serviced there including a new...
Think there are 2 sensors. one that doesnt affect the running of the car and one which makes it more lumpy with flat spots etc.
Buy the part and fit it yourself? Probably charging you for labour as well.
to be honest i would be expecting renault to tell me what part it needs rather than just clearing it.
take it back and tell them to tell you what the problem is and ask them to do it for free.
Ive heard this noise on mine as well but its went away. i also had both belts changed over a few months back and at the same time a canister valve was replaced because of an emissions light.
The saxo and 106 look the same but if the interior and that unsafe papermache door and surrounds feel you get when youre in one then the clio is much better
ive raced a corsa with a 2.0 and tbh i wasnt gaining between the distance we had between us but then i wasnt really pulling which you wouldnt expect anyway and this was on a long straight.
The corsa would leave the 106 on a straight but on bendy roads the 106 would stick with it. A corsa 1.6...
Tell us why they arent.
I must admit though the most common threads around car forums starts with a 106 vs ....... Most being a corsa sport or a corsa with a 2.0 in it.
I use mine every day and i do 70 miles per day motorway and around 10 miles country/streets.
Since buying it back in May with 33k on the clock the only thing the dealer who sold me it had to buy was a new canister purge valve, and now 10k later ive had no problems.
driving on the motorway...
theres a chance they may have though. there is both a cup belt kit with no tensioner and a non cup with the tensioner so either way who ever ordered the parts the person on the opposite end when looking for it wouldnt they ask if its a cup or non cup?
The past few days the car has felt really stiff when going over bumps and now when i do the exhaust seems to make a rattle.
When pushing down on each side it seems very stiff with no bounce either, front and back yet there is no sign of them leaking.
I think its standard shocks on lowering...
I cant see the vid at work but ive had both belts changed this year including the tensioners and mine still makes a slight whine noise. Its not loud at all but it can be heard
The part that you can see sticking out from under the engine cover which is closest to the grille. That rectangle shaped thing. I dont know what its called but mines is wobbily. This can be normal?

Im posting...
there are many of clios out there you could have bought with the belts already done for probably the same price.
theres no point buying a hot hatchback if youre not prepared to pay the running and maintaining costs.
So technically no bg 182 with kawa green turinis so far. Makes me want to do it even more.
The standard wheels arw too thick spoked to pull it off. With the turinis being multi spokish imo it will look much better. I shall do some photoshop tests and see how it looks.
Anyone any idea how...
Ive had both belts changed and it never made a difference. the whine comes on after a certain amount of revs and not just lower speeds or when the steering is turned.
