Spotted the 197 by the poor excuse for a roundabout in old Cwmbran just up from the cross keys pub. I noticed the memorial sticker from the black mountains meet the other week. Then seen the 172 opposite castle bingo in Newport at the traffic lights, I was on the opposite set.
