You can wax over the top of the EGP if you wish, personally I would give a wipedown with a spray sealant like Z8 or Dodo red mist after each maintenance wash, this will help to lay down some more protection and recharge the finish until it requires another sealant top-up.

The P21s is a lovely wax but it has very little in the way of durability and will last only a few weeks before needing to be topped up again.
Are you looking to apply the Menzerna via a machine polisher or by hand?
Clean Y Car do a kit by Carlack(Klasse) which has an all in one paint...
I have both the Carlack glass sealant kit and Rain-x and would recommend the Carlack kit when applied correctly works extremely well and good durability.
All sealants need curing time and if removed from the glass to soon it will smear.

If you use a detailing spray during the drying stage it will speed up the time and leave a nice finish.
Not sure 6-8 layers of egp is any better than 2 layers of something like CG Jetseal or similar quality sealant topped of with a wax of choice.
