500bhp. 0-60 in 3.7 seconds and top speed just shy of 200mph. Why did i ever sell it???????????
The interesting point is that the Clio V6 actually give more driving pleasure than the R34 since it is so hands on. In my opinion the V6 i prehaps one of the most difficult cars to drive...
My son works at Adrian Flux, he could help! Mind you, it's not cheap as you have to be an old git like me to get cheap car insurance. It actually costs more to insure this car than my previous R34 GTR v-spec!
Just in case you want to see my previous super car, here is the link...
Did not take it personally but it could scare off someone if they thought they had a £1,500.00 bill next year! I have looked into this, and if I have to get it done to sell it - so be it.
The problem with modified cars is just what value do you put on them? The standard V6 Koni suspension is...
A standard one with that milage is about £16k to £17k depending on the condition. This car is unmarked and has a full suspension upgrade which costs some £1,500.00+ to be installed and set up. The back box is a one off in stainless steel and cost £500.00. There are also £500.00 of new brake...
Yep, that was this time last year - just decided to use the same pics. Car has only done 500 miles or so since last year.
I had decided to keep the car an investigate a supercharger conversion. But in the end, the cost for the power gain was not worth it. £10k to get an extra bhp - now that is...

The Skyline name was dropped because it was only really know in Japan, UK, New Zealand and Australia. Plus the Skyline GT-R was always know for a straight 6 engine since 1972 with the KPGC110.
The new GT-R has a V6, twin turbo, 7 speed box and 4 wheel drive when needed.
The New Nissan GT-R...
Nice to meet you all, lets hope now that next time more turn up and make more of a day of it.
The V6 now has the look I have been after.
4 top looking and well looked after cars!

Thanks for all the comments;
The tail lights were the hard decision, but I think they will stay - they add to the tinted "stealth" look that only a black car can give.
Front splitter to be fitted later this week (in black of course!).

£40.00 a wheel plus VAT - done in Satin Black.
It now has a certain "track" look about it, the pics really do not do justice to the car especially the tail lights. Its off to LeMans on Thursday.
Nik
just had the wheels powder coated black and the side pods to match the rest of the car, along with a few other bits.
thinking about spraying the calpiers yellow to contrast with the wheels?

Damn things keep braking.
Slightest stone chip and they are gone! I can confirm that they are defo the same as the 99-03 Scenic ones. Got a good price on them from Tony at Premier Auto parts on 0870 777 6337.
A lot less than Renault at £45.00 a pop.

It would cost no more surely to have them sent out from Australia with a usual shipping consignment to Clarkes. As for postage from Aberdeen, given the weight, I would say £15.00 a pair with a courier.
The importer is in Aberdeen, but you can buy DBA's elsewhere. My set for the Skyline came...
I am in discssions at the moment for DBA to possibly make a run (min' 50) of their brake discs. These are fanstastic quality ( I ran the DBA 4000 Golds on my R34 GTR and are really the mutts nutts). The link to the DBA site is:

I guess we would need...
I could do the 1st, as the Clio is currently SORN and will be taxed from Sunday. If it's the 30th or 31st, then can't make it without the risk of points and a fine!
