The hand brake in the Clio has gone and not sure why? It all works fine, it locks the back wheels if you pull it while it is moving (I just tried this in a car park as a test!), but once you try and apply it once parked the handle doesn't seem to click into the rachet until the hand brake...

My rear wiper blade is split and generally dead but I can't seem to get a replacement anywhere, From what I can see looks like you just slide a replacement blade into the holder, is this correct and could I get any wiper blade refill and cut it down to size or do I have to go have my pants...
