The only new parts I'd advertise is "Consumables" - Brakes, tyres etc. If I saw an Ad that said New Gearbox fitted after the old one blew up - I'd probably move onto the next ad.

Keep the 200 as it is. Go on a holiday or save the cash for a rainy day - there could well be plenty ahead with the state of the economy !!!

If you want to get a house then downgrade - but do it properly. Sometime you just have to bite the bullet - I once went from one of these; to one of these; It was tough at first :dead:

+ If you think running a car is expensive - just wait til you start getting bills for a house ! Keep your current car until you've been in the house for at least a year would be my advice.
