well my 1.2 is doing the same noise but slightly less noisier and the problem with mine is the alternator Bearing. the only reason i kno its this is because i borrowed my sisters alternator tried it on mine and the noise went.

have a listen to the alternator, could be coming form there.

iv only got a 1.2 , they dont come with Cruise control, il have to take it down a strip of private road and hit 60 next to my sisters clio then place the needle there, Told my dad about it and he says the Clocks need reseting or some sort & only people who can do it is garage :(

the needle goes off the clock, soo how do i get it so it starts at 0mph not -15mph ?? does my head in as i was on the A55 i was doing 35mph says the clock but i was overtakin people easy, anyone kno what the solution is here please Thanks

rear are easy fella, wont take you more than 10-15min if you have 2 people doing it,

Release the 3 10mm or 13mm bolts from inside and the lock comes off, then simply just remove the badge from outside, its that simple, just re-bolt it when you want to put it back :)

ahh ye, after removing the boot lock the black plastic come off with the diamond stuck onit, now flip it over and force it off,(it wont break) mind you will need superglue to stick it back on tho, or, you can mask it up and spray straight off, i took mine off, so i could sand it down...

for a BMW you would think their cars would have mor than 200bhp as standard due to the price of the cars, neverless it looks nice m8, would have gone for gun metal grey imo, much nicer if lowered etc :)

on a ph2 you dont, mine just connects up easy :cool: theres plenty of room there if you have a 1.2 :o
