Why do you have those wheels out of interest? They ruin the car massively for me. Everything else looks great, they just look like steel spare wheels to me. (sorry)

I think they are a love hate type of wheel. I have a few sets of them aswell 😅

I get what your saying, sometime I think they could do with a bit of colour to make them look a bit better.. I have had a good 5year out these and unlike the Oz F1's they don't buckle as easy and are the same weight. I don't personally like the superleggera wheels or the pro Race ones that everyone uses.

Your not the first to say they don't like the wheels 😂

Not been on here in a while... due an update.

Not a lot to report tbh, the car has been out since the last time and again ran faultless, was at knockhill for the American muscle car day, and yes it smoked a Viper ?

The new ds1.11 pads are doing a good job and taking the abuse pretty well. The snapped exhaust had been repaired and also managed to stay attached this time.

Things needing done. Oil change, check over and replace one tyre, slowly changing from R888 to R888r

No knockhill this month but crail is having a trackday on the 29th and thinking about just giving it a go (tick the box) but I know it's not a proper track etc...

Always like reading about your car, it goes very well on track.

Myself and @Djw John did crail, like you say just to tick the box. Its very scary how lax they are with any sort of safety. The surface is terrible, there are just rows of tyres so its very hard to get braking points etc set up.

It was £35 to go out for as long as you wanted, so at least it's cheap.

Yeah it's £35 for the day 10am till 3pm..

Will hold out and see not to fussed if I make it or not, would be good just to try something different. Fancied trying a hill sprint or something but they just don't have the same buzz as track racing.

With crail it puts me off going there and then end up needing new tyres cause the tracks chewed them up so will weigh up my options nearer the time.
