Clio 200 Washer Jets

Hi, my front and back windscreen washer jets are not working! The pump is making a noise so presume that is working but no water. Renault seem to think water in the pipes is frozen but its a fairly mild day here today. Any ideas?

Dont just presume because the pump is making a noise that its okay! Take a hose off the pump and then make sure there is enough pressure to get the water to the jet. Im assuming you've checked for blocked jets etc.
