jeez, long day.

the funny thing was everything dropped off it no problem and shifting through it but somehow the last third of the job took forever, not like anything went wrong either!!

What's an oil pressure mod?

mod the oil pressure relief valve to keep pressure at high revs, seen a few now killing bottom ends so if i've got a sump off i always do it.

There's so much mess around that ramp! Love the pile of tools on the shelf haha

chaos !! was tidy last month but been non stop for last three weeks so looks like a bomb has gone off!! was going in to tidy up tomorrow but got a head to take off.

Paid £200 dunno if it was a good price or not lol just liked them thought they were different

Wheels will be fine as is for a track set. I have both my sets black as you can't see the brake dust then, they just look matt.

Get a set of camber bolts as well as its a cheap worthwhile mod for track days.

Yeah tyres are useable proxies will see me a track day eagle f1s I’ll sell got about 4mm left

Got the tyres stripped off yesterday, preparing the alloys today, They need a decent clean up so using the d/a with P80 and 240 discs then I’ll shove them in the sand blaster and see how they turn out

I didn't know you had a sand blaster!
Any chance you could get me a good quote for doing 5 engine blocks and 20 pistons? Make it a good one for fitting those springs for you that time

I’ll get back to you next week and let you know, I need to get the sand changed and see if it’s any better as it’s not touched he alloys at all!

Decided to soak the alloys in the degreasing tank, kind of regret it as it’s really stripped the paint back adding more time! Sandblasting was a fail hardly touched the paint so Hoping we have a harsher grain of sand to try!

I’ve managed to get 1 more or less complete and ill finish the other 3 through out the week!

Also thought I’d weigh one of the alloys and see how heavy they are
