Yeah but won’t be in a clio would be a new car haha! Been looking around but atm the clios doing well not costing me much so I’ll keep hold of her for the summer then maybe look at a bigger car, I’ve took up mountain biking so a bigger car would be more practical

So little update for the car,

In the last 48hours I’ve purchased:

Front brembo discs
Renault rear discs with bearings
Brembo rear pads
Ds2500 front pads
Ate typ200 brake fluid
Inner and outter black series ARB bushes
Black series steering rack bush
OSF/NSF track rod ends
Inner Track rods
Whiteline ARB

I’m well and truly skint now!!

So glad there’s over time at work!

Quickly bolted it all together to get a understanding of how it all goes! Doesn’t look too difficult tbh! I should hope to have it fitted next weekend!

Rest of the suspensions bits turned up also today! Track rod ends and tie rods

Polly bushes for the front end should be with me tomorrow!

Had a crack at fitting the rear arb this morning after work! Took about an hour to do was a little bit fiddly for my liking!

I just need an excuse now for a quick blast to see the difference!

Driving the car this morning heard a slight knocking sound from the front end when In 1st! Upper mount has been replaced as with dog bone so guessing maybe gearbox mount as that’s 80k old or something else knowing my luck!

With better news I treated my self to some arp bolts and sump gasket! [emoji1]

Big thanks to Carl @bloke for sorting us out yesterday, long day but worth it shame we ran out of time to fully finish it! I blame my piss poor satnav! happy with how the car performs now! All new brakes fitted, front end refresh with black series bushes along with arp bolts and oil pressure mod.

On the way back home I picked up a set of semi slicks from @JB21 which should cover me for csf! Just need some track alloys now to go with them

Going for tracking today after work as it’s slightly out, but from the journey home it’s a massive difference! Feel more confident around bends everything feels tighter and smoother
