I'm wanting to like it as I normally love the QS's, but they look better when theyre standard looking.

Cool car though none the less, should go pretty well!

For me, the black wheels cheapen the look of what should be an awesome looking car!

Bet it shifts though!

I'm with Dave, don't usually like TTs but that is nice.

Look forward to seeing it.

I like the wheels in black, they compliment the roof and front badge imo.

Love the look of that and i'm not that much of a fan of mk1 TT's tbh. :)

Nice colour. ;)

Looks okay mate. Not keen on the wheel colour or tailpipes.

Shame it has that engine because they're awesome cars.

Looks amazing!

Absolutely love these (even though I hate the 'normal' TTs). Would love to own one in red one day.

Also you need to post some pictures of the interior, and in particular the awesome seats you get in these.

Apart from the exhaust that looks mint.

I'd have a QS just for the seats tbh.

I wasn't trying to be funny. Just an opinion to help the guy out.

The exhaust looks a bit downmarket and the wheels downmarket the car, don't shoot the messenger of the fact pigeon!

The engine... well there's nothing you can do about that.

The mods and and exhaust will help with the sound and driveability of the standard 1.8T obviously.

Oh Colin had sports cat on his. Does it pop and crackle?

Nice bus !!

Looked at QS's before I bought the last Scoob. Was the only TT to get IMO. Would love a go in a fettled with one.. standard one was fast and drove nicely but not exciting really. Guy that came out with me from the Alfa garage said something along the lines of 'Wow that boy can drive' to the sales man and my friend as I was still by the car haha

I was just making progress ! There may have been some casual heel/tow action somewhere though. It was very easy but pleasant to drive.

Don't be scared of the poke it's got. You'll soon be used to it and be wanting more. I advise driving a Clio again in about 3-4 months just so you see how ridiculously awful they actually are ;)

I really really didnt want to sell it but circumstances dictated its sale.

What kind of circumstances dictate a change from a modified Clio, to a modified TT, with tints & a loud exhaust?

Just admit that you fancied a change, or the Trophy was f*cked lol ...

Will look lovely, without tints, & the wheels the normal colour - great spec as well, Haldex is win, although id probably want some of those defcon bushes to make the most of the coilovers/ARB's. No mention of adjustable rear tie bars either? So im assuming your camber is pretty negative being that low!!

The trophy was MINT!!

Change of circumstance being I am going self employed and need something a little less boy racer as I have to go to clients offices both architects and engineers!

The tints are being removed as are the black wheels. The exhaust is also being changed for a resonated miltek (not loud at all!)

It already has the defcon mod, unsure of the adjustable rear tie bar though?

I'd agree with that. LOVE pole positions.

Nice choice James, I'd be tempted to make it a little more OEM, but sounds like you're going down that route anyway.

I thought QS' has the 3.2 V6?

(these arethe ones with no back seats right?)

Just realised the badges, one missing off the back and one Black. :( Poor car has had a hard life hasn't it? Not literally of course.

I assumed he would have rear tie bars if fitting coils. If not he would surely be going through rear tyres every 2k! There would be mental camber on it if they didn't. Even the Eibachs tuck the wheels in and can affect the tyre. Have a check mate. They can be around £200 a pair but cheaper than tyres every 6 months!

Nope. :( Sadly the 1.8T, I know the 3.2 is heavier but it really deserved that engine.

Looks nice mate! Be it's awesome to drive aswell. Kinda with everyone else as I don't like the wheels but all the same great car.

May not make the sound of the V6, but power to weight will leave a v6 standing with those mods...
Our remapped 225 was quick and it was all standard bar a remap. I've driven 2 DSG v6s and 4 or 5 225s, one being remapped, and the map makes all the difference.

Mate, I think you got a stunner of a TT, love that it has V6 front bumper, mods are perfect, it's bang tidy IMO!!

Do this. All of this.

Looks a bit, y'know... at the moment.
