evening all. I'm needing the lend of the tool to fit a new dephaser for my 172 after my mate says it definitely needs one. The car has done 88k, Ive found doco that proofs that cambelt and tensioners were done at 41k but no mention of the dephaser and now mate is saying theres an engine noise...

how does everybody do the classic/2nd car insurance thing? morning all. I've got a little clio 172 and about to collect a w123 230e saloon. Aiming at 4000 miles in each per year. What/how best to insure them for the daily commute/weekend thing? many thanks. Steven

evening. Just happened to check the coolant hen doing oil today and was shocked to find that the coolant reservoir was right down. No warning from car. No overheating. Heater still blowing hot. No white smoke. So I topped up with water and headed home. 1hr/50 miles later, and right down...

hi gurus again. as title suggests, as its going to be a couple of weeks before my mech can get me in, so I thought I'd get some idea on here.. After 10mins/8 miles of warm up and temp is levelled, the clio is inconsistent in this issue. Pressing the throttle slowly there is no issue...
