Just got a set of these off ebay for a tidy sum of £35, however the shocks are for a 2004 1.6 and think they have 58mm hole spacing and dont think they'll fit my ph1 1.2 am i right or could they ber modded to fit ? pic of the set Cheers for any help

As above, was waxing the clio yesterday but when rubbing it on i managed to get it in various spots on the grey plastic trim, sides, front, back and fog surrounds, after numerous coats of back to black and sillicon lubricants its not comming off and my plastics look unbelievably shabby, does...
