I’m gathering all the parts to do this conversion on my 2004 182. Is there a difference between the blue and green wire? Are there any other parts I’d need other than, the steering column, DCI rack, 182 track rods and a controller box? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. thanks!!

I ran these on my last clio which was turbo’d, ran 345bhp and had no issues driving enthusiastically on track. I’m about to order another set for a budget track 182 I brought last week.

Am I right in saying that Renault are no longer supplying drive shafts for the 182? If this is right then what shafts do you guys recommend?

I only ask as I snapped a O/S CV joint just before my current rebuild of the car, the car was around 270bhp then. I’ve been told the gearbox should be good now I’ve had the Quaife diff. I’ve got the Sachs clutch and Nankang AR1 rubber.

Hi all... I've brought an LSD for my 182 turbo... is there any other upgrades i should be doing whilst the gearbox is out / the LSD being fitted? I'm aiming for around 320/330bhp once the car is built back up. Also can anyone recommend a decent clutch? Thanks!

Yeah id say it will be the lower gearbox mount, called the dogbone mount. I brought an uprated one for mine and fitted it myself, very easy!

Are the twisted rear engine mount a common fault on the Clio 182's? Has anyone had any problems replacing the bushes with the Powerflex bushes? Do they have to be pressed in and out? Thanks!

hmmmm ok thanks for the comments! Thats helped to know mine isnt the only one! The exhaust seems fine, no rattles ect... so wouldnt say its collapsed. Been told it could be the piper cross indution kit.
