no i'm no genius but i'm guessing that when you undo the bottom bolt on the rear suspension that the body of the shock isnt supose to go thud as it drops, and i'm guessing that you shouldnt be able to just push it up and down with no resistance. So new shock time i guess??

Its time for new discs and pads for the front of my 172 cup, just wondering what people think is the best combo of discs and pads. I can be a touch heavy on the brakes (ask joebristolgym). so dont want something that will easily fade, but then i am on a budget as i have not long brought a house.
