I was there last week for my Daughter's 6th Birthday, we were there quite early in the day, so got parked on the 'hard stand' to the right of the entrance.. horrendous angled tiny parking spaces  couldn't relax all day as I was terrified I would get back to the car to be met with a few new...
Could anyone who has access to Renault Part Number Information provide any help with this matter for me please?, I can't find to seem information for this Part No: 82 00 115 114 anywhere!..
Thanks for any help in advance, it is very much appreciated! Gav1903
Folks,
I was looking for a bit of help / information regarding a Renault Badge that was supplied to me when my Clio 182 ('54 Plate) was getting a bit of work done to the Bonnet to sort out some corrosion issues.
My Car came back with a Renault Diamond still in it's Protective Wrapping (as...
Now that my friend is a BIG pair of balls ;)
Just keep checking up on the Mayor's Social Diary, and you have a free parking spot when he is out-of-town!.. RESULT!
I work in Bridge of Don, and live about 10mins drive away in Dyce. Feel free to give me a shout if you fancy a couple of beers when you get settled in!. Good luck with the move, and with the new Job.
All the best, and have a good weekend. Gav
I've only just opened my account, and there is pretty much nothing in it for the time being, but will hopefully start adding some half-decent photos over the next wee while!..
Please feel free to add me though, looks like this is a pretty interesting thread on the go!.
All the best,
Gav1903...
Yeah, mine is in the same place as above ^, tried a few positions, and came to the conclusion it looked best there...
I quite fancy a couple for the rear windows too, but can't decide if it would look too much / Boy Racer!..
Might be a daft question, but how do I access the 'Exchange' Site that Fred mentioned?..
I don't know where the message he left has gone, it wouldn't have been removed by Site Moderators or something like that would it???...
Cheers,
GG
I have been having a few issues with my Offside Front Brake Caliper over the last few weeks, and am looking for some advice if anyone can help me?.
I have replaced the Brake Discs on my '54 Plate 182 once before, and the inner side of the disc was much more worn the outer side (this was on the...
After the last few weeks of Brake Calipers binding, buying new Exhausts & trying to arrange getting my Alloys Powdercoated.. My Off Side Front Suspension Spring broke at the bottom coil over the weekend!.. Bad news comes in 3's, 4's and 5's where my 182 is concerned!.
I replaced both the Front...
I bought a set of EBC Redstuff Front Brake Pads to try out, replacing the EBC Greenstuff Pads I currently have on my 182.
Can anyone advise me whether the (removable) thin Steel Shims at the Upper & Lower inner faces of the Brake Calipers should still be used with these pads?. I gave the...
The Piston actually tracked back into the Caliper quite well, I only had a limited amount of tools, so only really cleaned up the Caliper as much as I could to get everything 'moving' again so I could get back up North on Monday..
The Pads seemed to be stuck hard against the thin Shim Plates at...
Stripped the 'offending' caliper down (after buying some tools, and using the Renault scissors Jack from the Boot Kit.. on a bit of a slope at the time too!).. and found one of my Greenstuff Pads had basically disintegrated!.
Might have been due to binding onto the Brake Disc causing the pad to...
Is there anyone in Scarborough, or in the surrounding area, who may be able to help me out this weekend?.
I drove down from the North of Scotland late on Thursday Evening in my '54 Plate Clio 182, and noticed that my OSF Brake Disc was running VERY hot. The car's braking really wasn't great...
I can completely understand how you feel about it, because it is completely gutting!.. My heart just sank when I saw the mark on my Car, and then my Blood Pressure went through the roof!.
I guess at the end of the day, some people just couldn't care less about other people's things, no matter...
I had exactly the same thing happen to me a couple of weeks ago Rankins, left a big ding on my NSR Panel, and a fair bit of paint trace off the other Car.
I waited until the Driver of the Car parked next to me came back (same colour of Car as the Paint smears, Baby Seat behind the Driver's Seat...
I am going to get my Standard 16in Alloys Powdercoated as they are getting to be a HELL of a state!...
Is anyone out there using anything different from the Standard Renault Centre Caps on their Alloy Wheels?, mine are starting to get a bit shabby, and I can't imagine I am the ONLY person...
I have searched on this topic within the forum, and found a few good leads.. but to cut a long story very short, some kind person has left a 'Door Ding' halfway along my Passenger's Door..
I've always really looked after my Cars (parking MILES away from Supermarkets, never using NCP Car...
Can anyone point me in the direction of a decent Brush for cleaning my Alloys (which are bubbling like a Kettle left on the Gas by the way!) which I won't manage to completely DESTROY in a couple of weeks flat?..
I've tried a variety, ranging from cheap 'Asda' jobs.. to the Meguiars Ultra-Safe...
Cheers folks, it's just a bit of a b*llocks as the Car is in pretty good shape otherwise!.. Will have a look into a couple of local Bodyshops (Aberdeen), and take things from there.
Only got the CONSTANT Engine Emissions Light / Lambda Sensors issue to look into now!..
Cheers,
GG
I was giving my Car (Clio 182, '54 Plate in Titanium Silver) a wash this afternoon, and noticed a couple of paint bubbles on the front lip of my Bonnet.
I was wondering if anyone else has come across this problem with their Car?.
I guess it may have originated from a Stone Chip, or something...
I'm not naming names... but Ev*ns H*lsh*w overall were a complete and utter bad joke... I have had a few problems with the 182 over the 3-1/2 years I have had it, but the Renault Dealership Support / Service up in this part of the World is just plain terrible.
They managed to damage my Car on...
It's great to hear about someone actually getting a RESULT from Dealerships & Renault UK... my Steering Wheel is showing a fair bit of wear & tear... might try my luck as well! ;)
My apologies if threads of these types have been 'done to death' but just wanted to see if anyone in the Aberdeen / Aberdeenshire / North East of Scotland Area has any suggestions for Servicing / Work on my 54 Plate Clio 182.
The Car is out of Warranty now, and is coming up for it's next 12,000...
