    Fred- I know you looked at the car before- can it be done simply on my drive without any special tools and without having to do any timing. I can remove the bumper etc and I am a pretty competant mechanic just dont do cam belts on 16v's... too lazy to learn and be bothered due to timing em up...

    I paid £101.05 delivered from Ktec- I think the blues are another £50 odd... I have found NO extra noise what so ever- NONE at all.. Nothing... (not to disagree Mark) Noticed plenty of carbon deposit on the wheels like... brake discs look fine and I've done about 150 odd miles driving about...
