Trying to lower the rear of my car a bit more, i have loosend the two adjuster screws off with the sea spanners. im a bit confused as to which way i shud go to go lower, do i wind the spring up so its getting more conpressed or downwards so its at the bottom of the thread?

Alright there, my car is going in for its 1st service soon at 18K, was wondering if they have any troubles when serviceing lowered cars, i.e getting on ramps ect. just wondering what other people hav experinced?
Old shape clio, black, looked very tidy, was parking up in the tunbridge wells car park. was wondering if any 1 off here. i was in the black 1.2 16V clio lowered on OZ wheels.

What companies in the south east do tracking and camber on lowered cars, cause loads of people wont track my car up cause they cant get their devices on the wheel cause the tyre is in the arch.

I have an 05 plate 1.2 16v, currently on 16" OZ super GT. i really wanna lower it. was thinking about 60mm. every1 i spoke to says get the FK coilovers. although some say apex-60mm kit K-Tec??? what do people rekon??
