Help! Lowering Info

I have an 05 plate 1.2 16v, currently on 16" OZ super GT. i really wanna lower it. was thinking about 60mm. every1 i spoke to says get the FK coilovers. although some say apex-60mm kit K-Tec??? what do people rekon??
I do about 300 miles+ a week due to work an college an have roughly £400 to spend.

Get the coilovers if you can
A) afford it
B) Intend on keeping the car
