I had a quick look under the engine today, is the "front" o2 sensor the one just before the flange on the manifold? There's a sensor there and then one in the cat, I presume that's the "rear" one?
Cheers
Jamie
Where's the best place to get the o2 sensor(s) from?
My front one has been causing trouble for the past few weeks, need to get it sorted as the EML has just came on again
Cheers for the comments, but not really answering my question.
Dan, The point of me buying it was so that I didn't have to take it anywhere, otherwise I would (If there was a place close!).
banther, yes it's a lot for a bit of plastic & electronics, but fuel+time down to Ktec (or RStuning) and...
Hi,
I have got delivery of this today, I just want to know if I plug it in before I start my car and go for a drive, or just get the reading from tickover?
My brother advised that it would be best to drive around so all the sensors start working etc, and Ktec can get a acurate file from the...
What's the size for a number plate on the 182 front bumper so it doesn't sit below the insert? as the standard UK size sits a little below it and looks a bit odd IMO :(
Any links (or the sizes) to them would be useful, just normal plastic number plates no border etc
Yeah the Twingo makes my clio look old hahaha
Where can I get a mount from? (or both?) At the moment the right one has a big ass tie-wrap around the mount lol
I've had a look underneath but i'm new to clio's so don't know what I need to get it sitting right, i could get a photo, or are the...
Had in what sense? I am getting it repaired for £50 and it's no different to any other 182 inferno on the road apart from the dent in the boot lid....I've had the car inspected by RAC and they said the bumpers been pushed in but popped back into it's original place (cracking in paint beside...
I used some 00 lightly then 000 wire wool, and the meguiars pot of metal polish (green screw on lid), I was probably doing each exhaust for 20 minutes :) I used one of them wheel cleaner brushes and stuck it inside to get the majority of the dirt out whilst washing
If it doesn't change the way the car drives and it's been fixed up then why not
My Inferno 182 is a cat D, because someone reversed into the back of it (company guy) and left a dent in the boot, which I'm getting fixed for £50, but it's still a cat D....no different to any other 182 driving wise!
Well after you polish the car make sure you wax it :) Polish will strip any wax/protection already on the car, off it.....expecially SRP....
I like Victoria Wax :) http://www.cleanyourcar.co.uk/wax/victoria-wax/cat_60.html
I didn't know until contacting the guy but he's only 2 miles from me so a bonus, If I take the car to him maybe he will do it for the £50 :), it does look quite awkward though
Cool, the guy got back to me and said "£50-£70 tops"...So i'll say if you can do it for £50 we can sort out a date :) taking it down to him for a closer inspection soon
How much would you estimate price wise for this dent to be removed (I will be driving to where ever the place is)
Just want to know what sort of prices, so I know if I get a decent quote or not.
Thanks
