Hi Guys I have a 51 reg (2001) full fat 172 in Monoco Blue. It is taked and MOT'd til September 2006 and has done around 35000 miles. I was wondering how much it is worth realistically, might be selling, not sure yet. Thanks for any advice / feedback in advance.

Thanx for the advice guys. I think I gonna maybe replace it with an new HU. But I've heard that to get the steering wheel controls and the central display (the one with the temperature etc) to work can be a total gig. Is it true that you have to take the dashboard off? I don't like the sound...

Hi guys. I've kept the standard head unit in my 172. But recently there is an annoying rattling sound that I hear when I tund the unit on or off, as well as when I eject a CD. I've also noticed that from time to time it seems unable to eject the CD. Is it nailed?

My 51reg 172 went past 30000 miles yersterday. Happy Birthday to her. Im now waiting for the improvements that Ive been told about ;-)

Yeah, someone mentioned that but apparently you have to buy the whole airbox lid from new. I suppose it wouldnt be a major problem to do that, but I would imagine that reno would charge me loads.

While my car was on ramps fitting my splitter I thought that I would try to open the drainage hole under the bottom of the car to find the airbox screw I dropped in the engine compartment while changing the panal filter. (Yes I am a plank, I know) But I couldnt find it. Ive tried some scrap...
