I'd only go that height if it was on KW's too. My 182 made me sick of owning a massively lowered car. lol.

I'm not actually sure about the Akrapoviç exhaust. For the money I couldn't actually hear it on Noodie's video. Didn't have any real... body to it. Might be better once sooted up a bit.

Might need to listen to more videos.

That's exactly the reason I want one. lol. I'm done with loud systems now... you never heard my 182.

A really well-designed quality system with proven gains will do me nicely.

Plus, you get to say it's an Akrapoviç and have the little logo on the black rear surrounds. Baller points.

It's Ultra Red, not Capsicum too, so not as much pinking. Not that it'd get the chance to go that way with my OCD.

Insurance sorted. Covered from now.

£579 Comprehensive. Esure were cheaper still but I went with Flux as they cover modifications; Esure don't.

Probably next Friday mate. I've got a nightmare week next week but then I'm completely free from Friday at 11am.

Plus, I'm waiting for a few other bits to be sorted. I want to enjoy the collection/first weekend with it, rather than be lumbered with other crap.

Decent postcode now. I'm 27 with nine years NCB. No points.

Pretty chuffed at how low it is though. It should soften the blow of £450 to tax for 12 months!

Yeah it is. I just assumed that was the rate at which I'd be taxed at every other 12-month period.

I've had to ask Flux to fax over my cover note this morning so Renault can tax the car.

The day I collected mine, I removed the CLIO badge on the tailgate, fitted clean plates and removed the dealer tax disc for a small clear one. Then I removed all the wheels, machined it and EGP'd the whole fcuking car, even the wheels..

I'm assuming you're doing the same?? lol.

(I haven't read the thread sorry mate, its a billion pages long)
