Finally put on my turini's. They're a bit knackered up close but I got them cheap so I can't really complain. The question is, what colour do I get them refurbed in? I can't tell if I like the black on black yet or if I should get them done in the proper speedline anthracite. What do people think?

Anthracite does look very nice on BG, the colours seem to compliment each other well imo, but after seeing many different coloured 1*2's with plain and simple silver turinis, I'd definitely go for silver as it's so fresh looking.

Looks good but I also prefer silver

whats the deal with the fiesta? Looks like it's been sitting there a while

Yeah fair enough with the tyre shine. The tyres were included and had clearly been sitting in a dusty garage or something for a while, but they're fairly new ad08's so I thought it was worth it...
I will clean them up on tuesday back at work, we have the autoglym stuff which is pretty good and upload another picture.
I agree though, the more I look at them the more I think it looks like a cheap 1.2 with some aftermarket hubcaps painted black...

And with the sexy ass fiesta... It's my girlfriends grandads old car who sadly passed away a few years ago and they have kept the car because it is worth more to them for sentimental reasons than it is to a scrap yard! Could do with a clean though...

RIGHT,

Sorry its so late but it has been a pretty busy week. My work organised a small private rally around Greece for our clients, so we have had about 20 cars (from a Ferrari 275gtb to a mclaren F1) to prep. Busy busy!

Here are the wheels before up close, and as you can see they definitely need a refurb:

And here they are on the car: (before tyre shine)

Am very tempted now to just keep them in black. I think it looks really good, especially if I paint the brake callipers to set them off, either yellow or red.

And here's a McLaren F1 :D

I vote for silver too.

Had them white on my black 172 and it was better than black, but i went for silver.
