My FGT is knackered now Ive put 8000 miles on it lol, losing bhp every race. came with 936bhp but now sitting at 891bhp ( 860 with dirty oil ). i will rebuild the engine someday but not just yet as it cost 500,000, bloody thing cost 5mil so had to get my moneys worth out of it:evil:

Finally got to level 30 b-spec yesterday, opened up the X1 challange..... MY GOD the thing is hard lol , 4 secs off bronze on the berg gp not even tried the other 2 yet

Yeah but 40bhp is hardly an issue on an f1 car, maybe once your done grinding with it rebuild the engine, anyway whats half a mil to a man of your means

On the pro events b spec, supercar festival races, what car would you recommend? Bob is @ level 12 and the best he can do is finish 4th on the last race. Tried him in a f430, and he spins out all the time, max tyre type is sport soft.

Finally got bronze on the Sebastien Vettel challenge and won myself a Red Bull X2010 ( 1509bhp, 535lb/ft, 545kg ):evil: Although very hard its very addictive and i will be back on it to beat the little German's time You get massive amounts of xp for winning even bronze, completing all 3 took me straight form lv 27 to lv 30 a-spec ( thats a lot of xp lol ) and also made me hit that 20 million cr mark so time to go shopping

concerning the Ferrari's the 430 Scuderia owns the 458

This could be my problem the f430 scuderia is @ 662 bhp and 1119kg maybe a little too powerful for sports soft tyres.

ive put a F&F style wing on the 599, new oil, lowerd it, tweek'd the brake set up and put maximum downforce on the wing and

I'm sure there are some great 599 tuning setups on GTP. Problem with the cars is that they all come with default settings, brakes being the worst! 5,5 is useless for every car!

You do get the car syko as long as its a long enough series, for example 4/5 wins = 400 points and the next best person can't then win

I detuned my Cooper S to the regulation bhp and got 3rd first go without changing suspension settings except for lowering it. Got 2nd on second attempt and haven't bothered trying for 1st as got most credits and XP anyway. Trick is to get past on the long left hander and then cutting the last corner. Maybe cheating but who cares?

Indeed! Can't get higher than 6th at the moment, maybe it's me. They're a good source of cash and exp points tho!

just tuned, i dont do stuff like as above settings, are these setting suitable for every race/track? it's abit pointless if it's not got to change it for every track take forever to change it for loads n loads of cars

Geddes once tuned the car keeps those settings. They do need playing with for each track, such as transmission or to account for smooth/rough road surfaces. theres no such thing as a one size fits all tune but basic principles can be applied!
