Here is my clio 3 1.5DCI 85bhp, I have been reading this forum from a Year or so, and I think now is the time to post somo fotos of my renault XD
Sorry if it's not a mechanical project, but this year it will be changed(i promise), new turbo, exhaust line, oil radiator, new Intercooler, etc, just studying the beste system yet.

Any question's don't bother asking....

Mod list:

Mechanic:
H&R springs 45mm ( next week Bilstein B12 kit)
BMC CDA air filter
Remap by Abstratus ( 102cv's 227nm with no smoke XD )
Wheels 16*7 ET 35 Momo Ten-s black with Dunlop Sp9000 205/50R16 (don't advise these tires, they cause irregular tire wear and instability)
Wheel spacers 20mm H&R (DRA model) ( only in the rear )
EGR off

Interior:

Sport interior
Interior light White
Center console and bar's painted
Insertion of Boost, oil temp and voltage gauge

Exterior:

mirror's tainted ( in portugal they come in plastic in all societé versions)
Antenna
Xenon ( 35W 6000k)
Minimum light Led
blinkers osram crome
Tailight's Led Version
Blinkers tainted black in front...


Multimedia:

Woofers Brax 6.1
tweeters Polkaudio SR6500(first ones the ts-01prs from pioneer)
Subwoofer Hertz Mille ML3000
Amplifier Audison Lrx 5.1k
Car-PC(still in development but already working XD)+Audison bit one processing unit

The other thing is, get your wheel alignment done, since you've lowered the car, that's what is causing uneven tyre wear, not the tyres themselves.

that as been done for a few times now, since it's the 4º setup of tires and everytime I change them I do it.

i know that, i'm seeking for opinions on what to buy to take out those momo's, but I have no ideia, I just want a good wheel, resistent and light to. A friend of mine want's me to buy ultraleggeras, bu i don't like them, too racing... then i saw some BBS, but it's too german....

I have no ideia of what to put in a clio3 besides de 17" of clio200

Interesting, would like to see what it is with a bigger turbo with out a cooler. 90/100 is pretty much spot on where it needs to be so wonder what the bigger turbo will do to the temps.

a oil radiator in the front solves the problem of overheating XD then it's set for the 1749V or 1749VC/mv

my question is, will the injection system be able to deliver enough diesel and with pressure without cranking, so i can have max boost @ 2000rpm at least?

this is the only question for the moment.

I friend of mine found them in a wrecking yard here in Portugal, actually at this moment nearby theres a red 197 with the interior completely new, just with a little accidente in the passanger side ( euro edition ), with no damage in the interior.

The guy is asking 750€ for the seats, door panels, steering geer, pedals, etc... etc...

1000€ and you also get the full pakage with tablier, seatbelts, etc...

Here are some photos of the original turbo, the KKK KP35, and photos of the main reason I am changing this.


The EGT's where so high that the hot part of the turbo cranked

the waste gate could completely seal, a that was reason enough for the 1.1Bar of pressure.

the variable geometry will be controlled b the vacuum sensor connected to the ECU.

The horsepower upgrade damaged a bit some things! had to clean completely the engine bay, oil everywhere and things like that!

@1700rpm it was doing already 1.4bar of boost, maintaining it until 4800rpm, the problem was exhaust gases too hot! fried the exaust turbine!

maybe in a few month's i'll try again with some ideias I have still have to correct the problem!


In the meanwhile i changed again the sound system for the European mobile media association championship here in Portugal, i'll leave here some photos of the install!

Now the install is smaller, and well i have my complete boot space again!
