Clio 98 phase 2

  Clio 182 FF
Hy Everybody!

Some month ago I posted a few pictures about my Clio, but now I made some mod so I share some new pics about it.

In the last few month, I got a 172/182 RS Grill and a set of a 182 alloys. The new wheels looks pretty. :)

I still can't speak very well, so first I post some pics. :)

Good Day Mates !

I wrote here a long time ago..

In the past one and the half year I did some little mods, repairs and I started a "bigger" project.

The most sightly was the change of the alloys. Synthese are gone, OZ F1 come. The 182 alloys was a littlebit heavy for the 1.4 engine and then I had to buy tires, and a good 195/45 R16 tire is too expensive to my student budget, so at the end, I changed to 6.5Jx15" OZ F1 with 195/50 R15 Uniroyal Rainsport 2. It's lovely to.

...and the "bigger" project. Last year I bought a pair of a 172 calipers with discs, brake shoes, brake tubes, little things and a dCi100 rear axle from a renaultclub.hu mate. Than for a few month (more than half year :)) I saved up for new discs, brake shoes, wheel bearing, brake fluids so on, and restored the calipers. Take apart, clean, paint, piston boot, gland, rubber dust boot changed, and than refit. Few week ago a finished, I bought everything what I need to the change, so I started it at a friday afternoon. This night I f***ed a lot with the screws of the rear axle. On saturday I solve it, and at the night I almost finished, when I realized that the right calipers female thread is totally f***ed. I can't tighten it, the screw turn around and around. Yeah. On Sunday and Monday I tried to fix up the right caliper with some friends, but in the and, I changed back the dsics to drums on the dCi100 rear axle. (On the other hand, my ABS sign sender didn't fit to the new axle, so I had'nt got ABS.. so.. )

Now I get hold of a "new" right caliper, I restored yet, and from my Hungarian Renault club mates I got some help and solution for the ABS, so I hope in the near future I can tri to change it again... with success. :)

And some pics.

Thanks!

So-so. I've some friends who's got Ph-Quick, and I know some 172, 182 owners from the club forum, but more people have Valver or Williams.
Sometimes I see Ph-Quicks, Full-Fats or Clio197, 200 in the city, but not to many.
