I like it.

I play COD to have a laugh with mates over the winter nights.

Doesn't bother me only small changes are made each year.

after watching the clips i was 100% right mw2.5. ok some people liked mw2 because its an easy game to get killstreaks on but after 2 years i absolutely hate it and the last thing i want is more of it. i actually think had black ops got a descent matchmaking and connection plus a few things changed it would be a really good game, its just ruined by those things unfortunately.

the graffics look better and much improved but using the same sounds as before is a joke. the amount of money they make off this game at least make it a great game to justify it.

I got bored of CoD 4, got bored of MW2, got bored of WaW, got bored of Black Ops and 4/MW2 were good games.

A glorified weapon and map pack for a game with the same engine just won't cut it unfortunately, well for me.

I was always a CoD man now I'm 70/30 BC2 and I think BF3 is going to make me a full convert.

Flat mate will get it on ps3 though so I'll defo have a blast.

Looks an awesome game type, you kill the opponent then have to go over his body, collect a dog tag and that then confirms the kills.

No campers FTW!

Just watched the four part multiplayer xp on youtube.

Some good new bits, but I'm possibly thinking the way the new killstreak rewards are laid out are going to annoy me.

I really cant wait now. Does anybody know what 'Founder' status will give you?

It looks the same, but that is a good thing. Mw2 is very pretty plus has a great game engine.

The important things are the changes in the balance. Less exPlosive damage, no oma, no last stand, more recoil on weapons. The changes are vast. Plus the killstreak changes to points over kills.

Will make it far less frustrating than mw2 hopefully.

People need to actually read what the changes are IMO

People moaning should actually read up about it. The issues are being massively changed for mw3.

Mw2 had no real support due to the issues with who Nader it. This has now changed. They are changing a lot of what people moaned about in mw2. I don't get why people are so upset, what they have done is a good thing!

I'd much rather they fine tuned the balance, game engine and game mechanics over jazzy sounds or graphics.

yeah i heard, might not stop em shooting you from 40 metres away though, I heard there s a range extender or something along those lines as a perk/upgrade?? Black ops at least managed to stay fairly level on the gun side of things, I just remember duel 1887's etc, and I'm sceptical but I can see MW3 turning into a 360, no scope, shotgun in the face from accross the map load of shite.
Will there be scavenger and claymores, so I can sit and wind the no scopers up. ? lol

but while they were on why didnt they just put in new sounds? we pay for a new game not the same game we already have but with a different name.

Hate claymores with a passion! There's always that awkward silence when you spot the lasers then stop and hope it didn't catch you, then when you move back and BOOM!

MW3 looks pretty good to me, never got on with battlefield really so looking forward to it.

Lots of good stuff coming out from this game making it more team based. Also, killstreaks look much better and you pick the streaks that are most suited to your style of play. COD badly needs to move on after the disaster that was Blops.

Flol, I thought in MW3 you could only choose one specific set of killstreaks, dont think you can chop and change like you could with the others.
I must have misinterpreted something I read.

This is what I was referring to:

Pointstreaks. Killstreaks have now been broken out into separate packages: Assault, Support and Specialist. Assault streaks deal direct damage (Predator, helicopters), Support is team-friendly (UAV, SAM-Turret), and Specialist allows players to carry additional perks instead of Killstreaks. If a Specialist notches six kills in a row, he can activate six perks at once.

Also, kills aren't the only thing that keeps streaks going. Completing game objectives adds to a player's total, too. Unlocking Support rewards are tied to overall kills, not consecutive kills. Here's a breakdown of rewards by group:
Assault
5 kills: I.M.S.
9 kills: Strafe Run
9 kills: AH-6 Overwatch
10 kills: Assault Drone
15 kills: Juggernaut
Support
5 kills: Ballistic Vest
5 kills: Airdrop Trap
10 kills: Recon Drone
14 kills: Stealth Bomber
18 kills: Juggernaut Recon
Specialist: One extra perk every two kills. Works up to six kills.
Death streaks are back, as well, but have been tweaked. Here they are:
4 deaths: Juiced (run faster)
5 deaths: Revenge (last person to kill you is visible on radar)
5 deaths: Hollow Points (increased bullet damage for 1 kill)
6 deaths: Dead Man's Hand (player falls into last stand with C4)
