Stance cars are just as tacky/tasteless, and we'll definitely be looking back in disgust... Many of them are pretty hideous in 2015.

When I think bodykits from 90s I always remember the name Delta. Just search "Delta body kit modified" etc. Its horrific, and luckily even back then I thought the same. They look like they've been in an accident! A slash cut bumper thing.... wtf?

These abortions are mostly from the 00's, when I used to read Max Power as a kid in the mid 90's the cars very rarely had bodykits and 17" wheels were seen as insanely huge. It was mostly about engine swaps and ICE, the only bodykits were the insanely wide Reiger & Dimma kits.

The bodykits cost too much for most people to afford so they were only really on show cars and the Max Power project cars that you could enter to win.

The reason they cost so much was someone made the effort with the design and they weren't fibre glass, the were rock hard plastic abs (is it what it's called)

In a world of body kits they were the least best, but the owners could still use decent quality parts make you vomit..

Have a drive through Bradford, it's stuck in 1999 which coincidentally is when most peoples cars there were last insured.

Providing it had the engine to equal the dramatic bodywork.
