They were the days when it was the madder the better. Over the top spoilers and bodykits, flip paints, smoothed boots and anything that would make your car madder then the rest. Now its just lower it on some light weight wheels and project finished.
Ive not had any experience with these particular coilovers, however from experience with previous cheap coilovers on cars in the past i would say avoid cheap ones. I bought a cheap set for a Bmw i had in the past and they were awful.
Also got to say it, your car looks immaculate! It looks like its been well looked after.
That bonnet bra spoils it for me though. Never been a fan of them on any car. If the car was black it wouldnt have looked as bad.
I thought OEM+ meant modifying your car using parts from a higher spec model? I.e if you had a clio 1.2 and fitted xenons and a sport bodykit off a 182 then that would be oem+
I dont see how you can oem+ a top of the range car.
They could have put a new one in and added a fiver or so to your final bill, that would have been the easiest thing to do.
But as said, i reckon mot testers must get sick of people bringing cars in to test with blatantly obvious 2 minute fixes. 10 minutes it takes to check all bulbs and...
