So decided to fit some new exhaust brackets today on the 182 and snapped 2 bolts , every bolt was a pain in the ass, don't think the garage that fitted my exhaust and brackets used any copper slip. Anyways any idea where I can buy the black brackets that hold on the exhaust brackets??

The price between them isn't worlds apart and the gains you get from the 438's are better than the 428's from all the graphs I've seen on here so I can't get my head around why if you were goin to fit cams why anyone would buy the 428's.

Eibach sportlines and apparently 172 cup shocks fit the 182 non cup pack. The springs made a massive difference to the handling, I hated the standard springs.

Mine has done something similar a couple of times before, accelerated when I have taken my foot of the throttle, like blipping but I dunno why??

Take it to a local garage they will just plug in and find out what's wrong with it, could be loads of things.

How do you modify a cat?! ;) A turbo trophy would cost about 3 times more than a cammed FF clio, that's the point.

This is my set up ATM and I can think of loads of sports cars that would be better than this lol, not for under 4K tho.

Keep the wheels you got on ATM. You have drums on rear to dont you?? If so itl look crap up close.

If I was getting a second car it would be a 172 cup no doubt, infact I wish I bought I 172 cup instead of a 182. Apart from the exhaust and price difference there is nothing between a 172 or a 182. Buy a 172 and spend the left over cash on refreshing parts and a few handling mods.

There are better cars than a 182 as a work horse, if your doing that sort of milage.

I get an average of 29 mpg in my 182 I dont know how you guys get 40mpg, on a run I can get 35 at best!!

I replaced mine with standard last year and 1 side has failed already :( but don't like the look of those cable ties lol

My friend has a 172 totally stripped out, literally nothing but a bucket seat and my 182 has everything in there and a set of 438 cams and his 172 is just as quick if not even has the edge so stripping your car does make a difference but f**k using his 172 as a daily.

Same I've had them fitted for a month now and think there great, especially considering the price of them :)
