I recently started hearing a very slight knocking noise from the passenger side when going at slow speeds. As the car is still in warranty I took it to Nottingham Renault to get it checked out. They took a look and aren't 100% sure the issue however they think it could be the shock absorber but...

I recently got one of those OBD controllers and apps. Having a play on my clio 200 everything seems fine. However on the throttle position, even if my foot is flat to the floor, the max reading I get is 85%. Is this something most cars come with as a safety precaution and can it be over ridden?
