sell my 1.6 16v 2001 clio with 41k on clock, nice condition etc. buy 106 gti on a P plate with 83k (but engine replaced by peugeot at 30k) running nearly 150bhp from full exhaust/manifold, chip and induction. big decision as insurance is £1600 and its an older car. help!!!!

my mates got a zetec s and he reckons it does 0-60 in bout 8.5 and top speed of just over 130mph. is he bullshi*ting? ive got a 1.6 clio and book figures say mine is a fair bit better than the zetec s, yet my 0-60 is bout 9 and it struggles to about 125mph. mike
