Mine was fine and the alarm sounded for ages when I removed it. Two of the wires on the plug are exposed a bit so gonna dry them out a but then insulate them and try again.
I know I'm dragging up an old thread but had this issue on my 182 today have disconnected alarm and hazards have finally stopped. But what do I do next is it worth trying to dry out the alarm and reinstall it with some sort of extra sealing? Or just leave it unplugged
Thanks
Pete

Only did the Aux belt so used a jubilee and snapon belt tool thingy. mananged to torque them all up albeit with lots of swearing and moving engine up and down on a jack.
Changing this tomorrow as no proof of it being done with the cambelt last year and i'm missing a few torque settings. Need to know the settings for the tensioner and idler
Thanks

How much would I be looking at to respray my front bumper? There is no damage just some paint lifting below the lower grille. Ideally looking at dropping the bumper off at a bodyshop minus fogs grilles etc.
Thanks

I'm sure they have some sort of antislip mat in the bottom anyhow, i like the way the dividers can be moved to change the size of the comparments. Just need a golf umbrella for the straps on the fromt. Anyone know where i can get a renaultsport one?
I had this on a mixer tap and it was useless and kept coming off which i'm 99% sure contributed to my Karcher dying due to lrunning dry. I cant fit an outside tap as i'm in a rented house so ended up putting in a Washing machine T-piece like this one...
Got my 182 about 6 weeks ago and have been away for a few weeks with work so not driven it much.Got a phonecall from my dad this morning saying that my hazards had been flashing over night he thought it may be the battery but it started with no problem when he tried it. Is this gonna be the...
Not a fan of the blue if I'm honest thanks for all this legwork your doing on my behalf. Think I might take a trip to Oxford next week. And I've just subscribed to your traders section so I'll know when you have some more stock
The lower end of the 197 is the top end of my budget. Would prefer a low mileage 182 and then have some cash for a few mods. The titanium one above looks good but a bit of a trek for me and the one in Cheshire is way too far. Think I might have to be patient :(
Can't decide from the pics whether this 182 on eBay has both cup packs or not rang the dealer and he didn't know
Here's the item number 300486553541
On iPhone so can't post link
What do you think?
Before anyone says I know it's overpriced
Just need to know if it's worth going to...
Whereabouts was this as i looked at 182 in Newmarket and they had a Cup up for £3995 that the salesman said they were using as a runaround and from what i saw of it only one of the tyres had anywhere near enough air in it and it would easily have won the dirtiest car thread
