Bought our (share it with a mate) 172 for £400 off an agency driver at work, 78k belts were a year off due, exhaust was falling off, so replaced it gave it a suspension refresh and it was good to go. We've gone further on track mods since, but looks like we lucked out...
Apologies for any vagueness...just put a new gearbox in my 182 and theres a pipe that runs from the box across the bulkhead past the battery and into the innerwing, but I can't see where it goes, any ideas?
Will make an ad up at the weekend £700 without the 2118's £950 with, ain't got time to break, will chuck a set of phase 1 OZ's in just need tyres.. £500 for a box on top and you've got a solid car...still drives very well.

Had toyo 888's all round, then ran over a piece of debris and slashed one of the back ones at Oulton last month, so had to put my road going mich exalto's on for the rest of the day at the back and they were fine
I have had a search honest, will these fit OK running 195 50 tyres, not too low suspension?

Think they look nice and a bit different, and only £85 each
Thanks for the responses guys...some good points raised there. I don't really see the need for them but it's mainly for the wife we've got three kids and last year she got stuck about 200 yards away from home and believe me pushing a buggy in deep snow and trying to stop a toddler from slipping...
Had a good search on here about all season tyres, can't find a great deal so I am asking the question: Has anyone run an all season tyre? Most of the reviews say they aren't as good as a dedicated snow tyre but these Uniroyals get a good review, looking to buy them so we can get off our estate...
Running H&R coilovers on the front with std shocks and springs on the back, drives well but looks STUPID. No money to fix cos of kids birthdays/DIY/impending Xmas bills :(
I have a high miler (130k) and its a great car but I'm not too bothered about the body work (not the best) I only paid £1700. For that cash I would buy a trophy with 70k ish on it, least the residuals would be a bit better.
