Hi been having problems fitting some front ball joints. Does anyone know the torque setting for the front calipers? also the setting for the front hub nut would be cool aswell.:D Cheers Alex

Like people have already said, you could get most of those out with a touch up paint or even just a machine polish. Ive not owned a black car but can see they are a nightmare. Just stand back and look at it, Its still a nice car. :)

Thats good didnt fancy changing the whole lot. What do i top it up with water or coolant? Also where are the bleeder valves? Thermostat costs 18quid from renault, not to bad i thought!:D

Hi I need to change the thermostat on my 182. found out where it is but im unsure if i have to drain and change the coolant? or is it possible to just whip the bolts out and swap them over? Any help would be ace. Cheers:D

Hi Just drove the car for a bout 18miles or so and notice that the temp gauge was moving up and down ever so slightly. It usually stays at half way but was dropping down nearly one bar when doing slow speeds. This just the cold weather we been having? Cheers

cheers for the replys. i had it fitted by a garage ages ago because it was blowing at 2000revs but now it seems to have come back at 2100revs, not quite so bad though. so i though maybe it just needs tightening up a bit more. if i put my hands over the tail pipes nothing comes out of the joint...
