like the sound of £10 a corner :) and i think i will measure the arch gap with the 1 inch lips they have already and see what is possible once the centre bore is sorted.

I will be putting new lips on and as yet haven't decided which width to go for. Possibly 3 inch for the rears and a smaller maybe 1.5 or 2 at the front. Was considering putting the mark fish lowering springs on too if i can get hold of some to make the wheels fill the arches a bit more.

Yeh the offset is et 33 which is already going to come out quite a bit as its on a trophy which is et 43. Adding the 20mm spacer to that will cause me problems. They are BBS RM wheels, a lot will probs say not because turinis are almighty but after seeing a set with red centres and chrome lip...

I am looking at a set of wheels that are VW fitment (4x100, 57.1 centre) What is the easiest/cheapest way to get these to fit ? H+R do 20mm adaptors but for all four wheel is going to cost about £210, would i be able to get the bores machined out for less than that ? or is there another way ?

I made it for a bit in the trophy, few nice cars there when i got there; R26R, V6 and some MK1's Commitment to the french car cause :)

That looks exactly the same as what I'm using and it doesn't seem wide or deep enough to effectively clamp the flange on the centre section to the decat. Think I will give the heavy duty ebay one a go, worth a shot for a fiver.

When viewing a Clio sport this morning one thing I pointed out to the owner was the serv light being on. He said when he took it to a garage to find out what was wrong they said it just needed to be reset etc. This car is on just over 36k and has not had the aux belt done yet, would this be why...

I went to see this before it was repaired. Had been shunted from the rear and the guy was fixing it. The engine was sweet as a nut and interior were as new though with that mileage. Oh and standard 182 not trophy as you all know.

I have found a set of BBS alloys for sale and am unsure if the centre bore is correct for the clio. The seller has told me they are tapered from 70mm to 55mm with the main hole being of 55mm diameter. They were fitted to a golf mk2 which i believe is 57.1mm centre bore so i'm not sure. Also...
