Doesn't like the code I've been given - have tried 1234 and 0000 as we think may have been recoded due to the sticker going missing as it is not in anywhere in the service book! Anyone know how long before I lock it out for good? It seems to wait longer between tries now!! Just a case of...

How do I enter the security code on the standard radio in my 2002 172? I don't seem to have any instructions on using the radio in my manual? Cheers.

I took it to a local place that I know and they did it for free - up on ramps it took about 15 mins!! I know it would have taken me a good few hours as the bumper would have needed to come off...

72000 on the 172 or 5 years - get it done before then though... I just had mine done at 60000 - costs around £300 - £600 depending where you get it done, dealers are the most expensive but make sure you get it done by a specialist at least.

I have fitted mine also and it has cured the squeak / knock in full left lock - sorted! Thanks to Justin-172 for providing the washers - top class service mate! ;)

Not up a hill no... It was on a flat road - definetly ran the tank dry... Needle was in the red, red light was not on and display said there was 50 miles left... Usually red light comes on at 35 miles left and then display turns to dashes which is when I usually fill up... Funnily enough, I...

Anyone know if you can get standard looking lights with led's? I think these would look far more classier than these lexus style - They are a bit too "Chav" for my liking... No offence mate - each to their own! ;)

Hmm... Are they LED at the bottom there?

Did the other needles move? If they do I guess there is a problem with the guage, if not may need a new dial unit
