i have had this problem for years! had all the earth points off today and cleaned them all. fingers crossed for the morning. it only ever does it when the cars been stood overnight . . usually. i even tried changing the decoder ring but that wasnt the issue. nice to know im not alone with this...

might be a loose connection behind the display? i belive there is a long pink / red connector, if its not that then you could trace the wires back from that, to your radio and then to the remote stalk - (yellow connector block on back of radio) anyone plz correct me if im wrong Rob.

check the leads behind the sub cone ( in the box) are conected to the ports on the box (rca leads). this is a problem i had cos i dis connected them to replace the sub but forgot about it .
