The best thing is never to apply it to a V6 to be safe!

Only an issue if you let it run onto the tread by using a spray. Use the spray onto a rag then onto the tyre (avoiding the tread) seems to be ok. Nik

Been there and done that, tyre shine is not recommeded for the V6! Nik
