I'm after a bit of advice/help.. my drivers window has packed up, it started making a screeching sound like the glass was catching on something, put the window down the other day and the glass came away from the door and could see the clip. Just trying to see what the problem is? Ta in advance.

Your welcome lol. The crushing sound will be the wires all a tangle on the regulator. Depending on car with someone on here will have one or a motor factors. If it's a Clio maybe @cs_dave can help

It did used to go down but it's completely jammed up now so I'm guessing the cables are shagged. Will the clip go back in to place at the top of the window or will that be fucked too?
