UCH fault?

I think I've got a fault with the uch on my Clio, my lights wipers window and lockin keep not working, if it is this at fault are they jst a plug and go part or does it need to be programmed at Renault? Also what sort of price I looking at for a new one?

no , get a kit from ebay (guy in stoke is good) he will do keys antenna uch and ecu for 100 quid . not a hard job , i did mine in about an hour and a half .and just changed ecu and uch ... kept my old keys ad locks too .
